Our Story

A table shaped by India

India's coasts and heartlands have fed families for centuries with recipes passed hand to hand. Vasantham Restaurant brings that same instinct to Ajman — from Alleppey's fish curries to Punjab's tandoori grills — each dish rooted in where it was born.

Vasantham is our name for that same instinct — cook it the way it was always cooked, and share it generously. It's where our founder's grandmother taught her the first rasam, and where every recipe on this menu still begins at that same table.

A classically trained chef who grew up between his grandmother's coastal kitchen in Kerala and some of India's busiest hotel kitchens, Chef Arjun has spent over two decades bringing the flavours of home — from Kerala's coast to Punjab's tandoor — to fine-dining tables across three countries.
